Mailing Campaigns & Registration Management

In conjunction with the Organizing Committee’s list of potential participants, we promote the event with certain target groups. Preliminary registration feedback data is integrated into a comprehensive database to produce the final registration lists. Exhibitors are provided with an exhibition floor plan prior to the event, enabling us to tailor available exhibition space to their needs and to customize stand construction and equipment.
